Totally refurbished to high standards, this 3200 sq ft house on quarter acre plot of land.

The ground floor level (1st floor in American English) is all stone, the upper level is wood.

When we bought the house four years ago we completely gutted it, putting in some new floors, taking down walls/putting up walls, re-wired and re-plumbed everything and put in all new bathrooms (all of which are porcelain tiled ceiling to floor) and a new kitchen with granite worktops and sink. All the rooms have recessed stainless steel ceiling lights (with multiple lighting zones in the lounge and kitchen/dining room) with some being able to be remote controlled. Bed two, the master bedroom and the lounge all have air conditioning, in addition all the bedrooms and the kitchen dining area have new ceiling fans.

All of the windows and exterior doors have been replaced with double glazed uPVC toughened glass units and hardened security locks (the doors have 11 anchor points between the door and the frame so are almost impossible to break into without ripping half the house down).

The exterior was completely stripped and repainted last year and the house is sprayed professionally for bugs and termites every month.

Outside is a large garden with plenty of stuff growing in it including pineapple, mango, papaya and bananas. There is a concrete patio (around 55 foot by 25 foot) running the entire length of one side of the house which we have built into an outdoor kitchen/dining area.
